Your passive fire protection plays an essential role in protecting your building and its visitors, occupants or customers, which is why it should be kept in functional condition. We would recommend getting your passive fire protection inspected every six months or at the very least once a year.
Fire safety certificates are no longer commonly issued for businesses, however you are legally required to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment.
